Blake Lively Jokes Ryan Reynolds Is Trying to Get Her Pregnant With Baby No. 5
Ryan Reynolds definitely, maybe has a good sense of humor.
The Deadpool actor hilariously confessed that while he has many skills in front of the camera and as the co-owner of the Wrexham A.F.C. soccer team, there are a few areas where he struggles.
"I'll tell you what I'm not good at: parenting," Ryan said on The Zoe Ball Breakfast Show July 17 before his Deadpool & Wolverine costar Hugh Jackman jokingly made another suggestion, adding, "Sex."
"Sex. Terrible," Ryan continued. "But somehow [I] have four children."
And when Hugh asked if Ryan made sure to check the DNA of his kids James, 9, Inez, 7, and Betty, 4, as well as a fourth child born in 2023 with wife Blake Lively, Ryan replied that he had noticed something strange about his children.
"They speak with a very, very intense Danish accent," the 47-year-old quipped, "and I don't know where that comes from."

The Free Guy star then took aim at fellow actor Cillian Murphy, who had previously stated on host Zoe Ball's show that he wasn't good at DIY.

"You just tell your little Academy Award-winning and BAFTA-loving Cillian Murphy," he began, "next time, give us something hard."
The subject of parenting is one that Ryan has touched on before. In fact, he recently shared that his struggles with anxiety have helped make him a better father, as "your focus is less on yourself and more on your kids."

"Now I love that I have anxiety, I love that I've had anxiety," Ryan told People in May. "Because when I see my kids experiencing some of that, which is probably genetic, I know how to address it in a way that is compassionate, that actually allows them to feel seen."
He added, "I know that I can't just fix it—I can communicate all that stuff to them and with them. I'm always grateful for it."
